These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and expectations for all students enrolling in our Permanent Jewelry and Lash Certification Courses. By registering for a course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

• Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

• Course registration is confirmed only after full payment, or an approved payment plan has been received.

• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

2. Payments and Refunds

​

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice before your class date.

• No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the class date will result in forfeiture of your payment.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed before receiving certification or training materials.

3. Certification Policy

• Students must complete all course requirements, including hands-on training and assessment, to receive certification.

• Certification does not guarantee employment or licensing, Students are responsible for checking local regulations regarding business operation, insurance, and service legality in their area.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

​

• All training materials, videos, manuals, and guides are the intellectual property of BLING BY CASSANDRA.

• Students may not copy, share, record, or distribute course content in any form without written permission.

• Materials are for personal educational use only.

5. Liability and Safety

​

• By enrolling, students acknowledge that all procedures (including lash applications and jewelry welding) carry inherent risks.

• BLING BY CASSANDRA is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, burns, or damage resulting from improper technique or use of tools/products.

• Students must follow all safety protocols taught during the course.

6. Equipment and Supplies

​

• All equipment and tools provided during training must be handled with care.

• Any damages caused by misuse or negligence may result in replacement fees.

• Students are responsible for maintaining proper sanitation and professional standards post-certification.

7. Media Consent

​

• By participating in a course, you consent to BLING BY CASSANDRA using photos or videos taken during training for marketing and educational purposes.

• If you wish to opt out, please notify the instructor in writing before your session begins.

8. Conduct and Professionalism

​

• Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all training sessions.

• BLING BY CASSANDRA reserves the right to remove any student for disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or policy violations, without refund.

• Courses are for educational purposes only.

• BLING BY CASSANDRA makes no guarantees regarding income, client success, or business outcomes following certification.

10. Agreement
