I’m Cassandra, founder of The Bling Effect and owner of two thriving beauty brands built from the ground up.

With over six years in the beauty industry, I started as an aesthetician focused on precision, detail, and creating confidence for my clients. What began as lashes and skincare evolved into something bigger.

A luxury permanent jewelry experience designed to feel elevated, unforgettable, and high-end.

Over the past two years, I’ve brought permanent jewelry to bridal showers, country clubs, corporate events, grand openings, baby showers, Galentine’s parties, Bachelorettes, Weddings, Farmers Markets, Fairs and private luxury events across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, consistently rebooked and trusted for the experience as much as the jewelry itself.

But I didn’t stop at offering the service.

I built a system.

Now, I educate other women on how to add permanent jewelry the right way, with high-quality stainless steel, sterling silver and 14k gold-filled pieces, designer-inspired stacks, and a brand presence that attracts premium clients. My certification programs are designed for serious beauty professionals who want to create profitable, luxurious income streams, not just offer a trend.
